SHIPPING

Where We Ship

PawsEase currently ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. We are working to expand our shipping options and will update this page as new regions become available.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days from the date of shipment. However, due to factors outside of our control — including carrier delays, weather conditions, and high-volume periods — delivery may occasionally take up to 17 business days. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor the status of your delivery.

PawsEase is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our facility.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time and will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. PawsEase is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship the order at the customer's expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at the email address listed below. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where possible, send a replacement or issue a refund.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read this section carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and full refund, the following conditions must be met:

- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging. Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for a full refund.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

Opened Products

If you have opened or used the product and are unsatisfied with the results, please contact our customer support team. While opened products are not eligible for a full refund, we may offer a partial refund or store credit on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We encourage customers to give PawsEase at least 2–3 weeks of consistent use before evaluating results, as individual response times vary by dog.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at the address listed below with the following information:

- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Whether the product is opened or unopened
- A photo of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Do not ship the product back until you have received approval and a return address from our team. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as PawsEase cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

- Products returned after the 30-day return window
- Products that have been damaged by the customer
- Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
- Gift cards or promotional credits

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the defective or incorrect item to help us process your claim quickly.
